- 3 eggs
- 1/8 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
1. Blend eggs and heavy cream well in a mixer.
2. Heat pan with medium heat, and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Place blended eggs and heavy cream in pan. Keep pushing egg mixture towards middle with a spoon. Add cheese when cooking if preferred. When cooked throughout, plate and salt/pepper to taste.
